A man to whom I, in 1999, I felt the pleasure and honor to dedicate (to him and Enzo Tortora) my thesis in law. A degree that I put in the drawer: I did neither the lawyer nor any other activity on my degree. But my thesis is on the principle of presumption of innocence. At the beginning of it I wanted to write this small dedication: "To Bruno Contrada and Enzo Tortora, where the art. 27 paragraph 2 of the Constitution was only an opinion. " And this is even more true because the two processes, which then had different outcomes, have the eerie similarities.
